South Africa – Radius

Radius, supporting the principles of the King Code (King III) champion excellence in corporate governance.  This starts with optimum corporate governance at the Board level.  It is important for a Chairman to make strong governance a reality in their organisation.

Our customers are Boards that are truly committed to achieving excellence – both personally and from their organisation.  They understand that quality information and systems are critical to their ability to perform.

Radius Methods works closely with the Chairman and Board members to ensure they have the information  needed to make intelligent, informed decisions. We help ensure the Board is supported by the right systems and procedures to turn strategy into reality.

For organisations to stay sharp, displaying full transparency towards stakeholders and the general public, best practice militates in favour of Board Evaluations even when there is no regulatory requirement to undertake them.  All our clients agree they receive value beyond expectations.

We are independent and provide no other services to your organisation.  This provides another confirmation of good corporate goverance where there is definitive independence of the exercise and no risk of conflic of interest.

We use technology to support the delivery of the questionnaires, allowing Directors efficient access to online questionnaires, 24/7 that are totally confidential and anonymous.

Our objective is to support continuous improvement of the Board and ongoing sustainability of the organisation.

Our team is international, two directors are based in the UK and two in SA.
