The use of the framework ensures that the knowledge of procedures and activities are embedded into the business.This allows an activity to be documented to finite detail, either as the clause from a regulation, or an instruction of work to be performed. Help is provided for the user, a time scale is stated and relativity to other actions is also captured.
The result is to lower the need for training, since the system itself becomes the trainer. Therefore training is onsite and on the job, resulting in reduced costs.
