Assessments

Results are shown both:

  • numerically   e.g.. from 1 to 10
  • colour categories  e.g. Red, Amber and Green
 Objective
To create a set of questions or statements to which answers are designed – these answers can be the same throughout or totally different from one question to another.

Process
The user answers questions online under a unique user password.
The assessments can be shared or locked to one user depending on the purpose of the checklist.
If total confidentiality is required, then the reporting and administration access remains at the Genius Methods level.

The purpose of the assessment will define in what format, and to whom, detailed reporting is to be provided.
Depending on the purpose of the assessment or checklist, users can upload comments and documents in addition to choosing their answer. This adds value and usefulness at that point in time and on later review.
