Our online service is available for your immediate use.
There are various ways of approaching the design and population of the modules –
  • Pre-populated templates provided by Genius Methods.
  • Modified versions of our templates.
  • Templates created on the basis of your own content.
  • New content designed with your input.
The modules are intuitive. The content comprises your tasks and actions and the way in which you want them performed. Nonetheless, where taking ownership is required in daily use of templates, Genius Methods provides training and guidance as part of the project.
Access to online modules that are treated as a service and is paid for on a monthly basis in line with usage –
  • no long term contracts;
  • no high capital outlays;
  • decisions remain within the budget of the department needing the service.
Only pay for services required – cost effective.
No integration of software – stand-alone and does not involve other decision makers or costly integration.
Maintenance is the host’s concern – under premium management service contracts
Upgrades of the source software occur seamlessly to you – no downtime, planning or additional costs.
Services are available immediately – you do not need to wait to fit in to the IT department’s calendar.
Our frameworks operate on either a UK or Swiss host (not in the cloud) so you know in which jurisdiction your data and backups reside.
Pricing
Single usage application

This is a one-off fee for the use of an assessment and the reports included in the package.  This contract may have a limited time access to the content, depending on fee.  The nature of the need, content, users, reports, and the environment deployed, define the price.

Multiple usage application

This involves two components
  • Set-up fee;
  • Monthly charge – related to the number of modules, projects, users, data storage, tailoring and other elements arising from the bespoke specification of the project.  This sounds like a lot of components, but the price discounts quickly on increased usage and is always more cost effective than a salary cost for a new employee(s) or bespoke application to perform the work.
The contract term is defined in accordance with the need:
  • Renewal is automatic unless cancelled.
  • Cancellation terms are easy.
  • Fees are paid monthly in advance by direct debit.
  • Discounts are available for advance bulk payments.
  • Fees are altered in the month that a service contract change occurs.
