Genius Methods approaches all projects with absolute confidentiality. The sensitivity of the information and the people involved is reflected in our methods.  Individual assessment responses remain confidential to all parties within the organisation and we work closely with customers to determine what information should be shared and with whom (Board, internal and external).  We work out together what and  how to distribute the various aspects of our findings, for example, the outcome objectives. 

We focus on the positive, the team and continuous improvement.  Every Board can improve and we, together with you, identify how to relate this to stakeholders as is appropriate for each group.

We have Board-level expertise and experience from both the business and the regulatory side - governance, risk management, Board development, Board management, strategic planning, Board dynamics, compliance, assurance, due diligence and sustainability.  

We use an associate model to access industry expertise we may not have in-house and ensure the right chemistry match on all projects.

 5.    No conflict of interest

We don’t offer any other services to your organisation so we have no hidden agenda. Our sole focus is to help the Board on its journey of continuous improvement.  

If appropriate, in relation to our findings, we can refer you to Board solutions providers who can deliver to you  similarly non-conflicted services.  This referral is on your clearance after together identifying the specific need.   

6.    Leveraging technology

Our proprietary software is one key to our ability to add value.  Genius uses online (hosted) in-house developed solutions to reduce your time, provide worldwide access and deliver you in-depth results that are available 24/7.

Because Genius Methods is focused on governance, we have no interest in selling you other services.  The information gained therefore in our assessment exercise does not conflict or compromise you or ourselves in any way.

We often work closely with other service providers, for example lawyers and accountants, whose clients have a need that they can’t meet – in this instance they know they are referring a top service, with no risk to their commercial relationship.
